Questions, answered
Can you recover my password if I forget it?
No. We never store it, and AES-256 cannot be reversed. Keep your password somewhere safe.
What happens to my file after it's processed?
Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed, and returned to you straight away. We don’t keep a copy: temporary working files are deleted the moment the conversion finishes, and nothing is stored afterwards.
