Does it work in every browser?
Your browser does the WebP encoding. Chrome, Edge and Firefox can; some versions of Safari can't, and if yours can't we'll tell you rather than hand you a different format. PDF to PNG works everywhere.
Why WebP?
WebP files are typically much smaller than PNG at the same sharpness, so pages load faster on websites. Every modern browser can display them.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your file never leaves your device. You can even run it once, disconnect from the internet, and run it again: it still works, because the processing code is already on your device.
